Real estate is one part of my life—but service has always been at the center of it.
I am an ER nurse, a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker, and the founder of MC & Co. Real Estate. Working in emergency medicine has shaped how I approach everything I do: staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and guiding people through important decisions with care and confidence. Those same principles carry directly into my real estate practice.
I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2019 and created MC & Co. Real Estate to build a brokerage that works around real life—not against it. As someone who actively balances healthcare, business ownership, and family life, I understand firsthand the need for flexibility, structure, and honest support.
In addition to real estate, my family and I also own and operate MC Kennel, a family-run dog boarding business. Managing multiple businesses has given me a strong appreciation for systems that are practical, ethical, and sustainable—both for clients and for agents.
I specialize in residential, rural, and investment properties throughout the Dayton and surrounding areas, with a strong connection to small towns and community-focused living. As a broker, I remain closely involved with clients and agents alike, offering hands-on guidance, mentorship, and straightforward advice.
Whether I’m in the ER or guiding someone through a real estate decision, my goal is the same:
to provide steady leadership, clear communication, and care when it matters most.

Amanda Goeke brings heart, dedication, and deep local knowledge to every real estate transaction. Before entering real estate, Amanda proudly served her community as a paramedic with the Dayton Fire Department, where she learned firsthand the importance of staying calm under pressure, listening carefully, and advocating for others during life’s most critical moments.
Today, Amanda carries that same level of care into her work with buyers and sellers throughout Dayton and the surrounding communities. Her clients appreciate her honest guidance, strong communication, and commitment to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Dawn wears many hats — homeschool mom, professional photographer, Down Syndrome advocate, and the breeder behind Stormy Hill Golden Retrievers. She has a heart for people, families, and our community, and brings that same care and attention into real estate.
One of the things I love most about building MC & Co. Real Estate is that our agents come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Each person brings their own strengths, passions, and connections to the table — and Dawn is a perfect example of that.

Brittany Ferguson is a dedicated real estate professional with MC & Co. Real Estate who brings a genuine heart for service to every client she works with. Brittany’s roots run deep here. She first became involved in the community through her sons’ youth sports, where she has spent countless hours on the sidelines and volunteering behind the scenes. Her husband serves as a firefighter/paramedic for Brookville, and together they are passionate supporters of first responders and the families who support them.
That same commitment shows up in Brittany’s approach to real estate. She believes buying or selling a home should feel guided and supported, not overwhelming.
